Alberta tar sands: war language

The first drive up 'highway of death' reveals military-style camps, armies of single-purpose workers, uniform vehicles, invaded landscapes, convoys, and private secure infrastructures such as roads, bridges and airports: the oil industry is organized to destroy at an unbelievably rapid pace and keeps expanding its wastage of land, water and air in Northern Alberta.
